With a strong background in the construction industry, Jamil brings extensive experience as a licensed electrician and industrial maintenance technician. After honing his skills in these roles, Jamil transitioned into property inspections, founding a successful residential inspection business in 2010.
Driven by a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering top-notch service, Jamil has provided comprehensive inspections to thousands of satisfied clients over the years. Building on this solid foundation of expertise and customer satisfaction, Jamil has expanded his services to include commercial building inspections.
Jamil and his team strictly adhere to South Carolina Title 40, Section 40-26-20, which mandates that commercial property inspectors hold licenses as general contractors, architects, or professional engineers (PEs). This compliance ensures that all commercial inspections are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and in accordance with state regulations.
With decades of combined field experience, our team knows how to spot potential issues before they become major problems. We understand how commercial properties are built, maintained, and evaluated — and we bring that expertise to every inspection we conduct.
